In **Cuauhtli Ingenierías we are looking for talents** who will be responsible to plan, manage and arrange flights, accommodation and transport for employees or groups of our customers, ensuring that every aspect of the booking its well coordinated and fulfill client’s necessities.**Key Responsibilities**- Book and manage flights, accommodation, transport or any other service necessary.- Design of detailed itineraries, including activities, timetables and travel documents when they are necessary.- Issuing of flight tickets.- Negotiate with national and international airlines, hotels and car rental companies.- Build and maintain solid relations with clients through calls, mail or chat.- Act as key contact for clients in case of complications or modifications of bookings.- Administrative work as payment to providers, invoicing, reimbursements and similar.**Qualifications**- Degree in Tourism, Administrative or related.- Experience as booking agent, travel agent or travel advisor.- Proficiency in English (write and speaking).- Basic French is desirable.- Communication and teamwork skills are key competencies.- Skills in customer support.**Considerations**- Full time job.- Work on site (Mexico City).- 2 Shifts (5:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm).- Monday to Saturday.If you’re looking for a place where you can grow professionally and contribute to the success of an exciting company, **send us your resume in English**.We are eager to meeting you soonPay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month**Experience**:- relevant: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: In person
