About the role...

The Product Analyst plays a key role in driving the successful implementation, adoption, and impact of our data-driven solutions across strategic accounts. This role works closely with Delivery, Growth, Engineering, and Data teams to turn insights into action and maximize business value.

By collaborating with key stakeholders and analyzing product performance, the Product Analyst will define and track success metrics, create clear documentation and demos, and drive adoption through insights and execution. The goal is to ensure our platform becomes a core driver of customer engagement and growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop, optimize, and implement data-driven solutions with Delivery, Growth, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Define and measure OKRs to improve product usage and performance.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts for clients and internal teams.
  • Be part of a fast-growing team, learning from top talent every day.

Who we're looking for

  • Professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
  • Interest in both business strategy and technical product development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Looker, or Postman is a plus (but not required).
