**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitoring and implementation of strategic plans to promote HPC lines (Wood, Glues, Light Construction, Waterproofing, Solvents, Professional Protection)- Development and promotion of the store vocation strategy with concessionaires in your area.- Generation of new clients from different segments such as: Carpenters, Blacksmiths, Schools, Industrial Warehouses, New Construction, Hotels and Shops.- Accompaniment, monitoring and follow-up of the sales process in the field by the concessionaires’ salespeople- Training of new personnel to strengthen the structure of the concession.- Application and demonstration of products, technical and commercial advice in the field- Development of business plans with concessionaires.- Compliance with monthly indicators and sales budget of the corresponding area**Qualifications**:- +3 years of experience providing commercial technical advising in the field of painting or coatings or in field technical sales- Bachelor's degree or engineering desirable in chemical, industrial or similar.- Desirable English basic level to develop internally- Indispensable to reside in Morelia or Uruapan and have excellent knowledge of the geographical area in charge South of Michoacan (Uruapan, Zitacuaro, Patzcuaro)- High proficiency in skills such as communication with other internal areas and concessionaires, problem solving, results orientation, information analysis, proactivity, and customer orientation.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
