Sé parte de StefaniniEn Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**SOPORTE TÉCNICO ON SITE L1 (BILINGÜE B1/B2)- Conocimientos avanzados en SO Windows.- Mantenimiento, detección y solución de problemas en equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones.- Soporte N2 - aplicaciones locales.- Conocimientos de redes y diagnóstico en protocolo TCP/IP.- Administración herramienta interna inventario Rockwell- Seguimiento a proveedores locales.- Atención a usuario mediante tickets.- Dinámico, Trabajo en equipo, proactivo, analítico, gusto por innovar.- Conocimientos avanzados en ofimática Google Suite y Office (preferentemente 365).- Gestión de inventario y activos de TI.**Requisitos y calificaciones**Importante contar con:- 3 años de experiência- Ingles B1/B2Somos una empresa global con 35 años de experiência en el mercado, ofrecemos una sólida selección de servicios como: automatización, nube, Internet de las cosas (IoT) y experiência de usuario (UX).Creemos que la tecnología puede revolucionar una empresa y la innovación es fundamental para fomentar el desarrollo y la competitividad.
