Plant Program/Launch Team Leader – Faurecia Faurecia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is looking for a Plant Program/Launch Team Leader to support manufacturing programs from project acquisition to post‑SOP. Your Mission, Roles and Responsibilities Implement the APQP for management of new programs following procedures. Coordinate assigned tasks, ensuring fulfillment via a schedule of activities. Manage the program’s budget (launch cost). Serve as a technical interface with customers and suppliers in agreement with the program manager. Act as the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) and the plant. Lead the plant’s program team and manage resources from each area for a successful launch. Review operating personnel skills, ensuring match with requirements. Coordinate implementation of all production system or product changes via engineering change procedure. Ensure compliance with internal and corporate processes (Faurecia PMS System). Guarantee manufacturing processes meet customer capacity requirements. Track performance metrics for quality, deliverables, and client ratings. Comply with IATF 16949, FES, ISO 14001 requirements. Maintain QMS compliance per manuals, process maps, procedures, work instructions, and regulatory/legal requirements. Minimum Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Final Engineering. 2‑5 years of experience coordinating automotive programs. English fluency.
