Our refreshed strategy focuses exclusively on optical chains, offering tailored collections, fast delivery and unbeatable profit margins thanks to a model with zero intermediaries. What We Offer Premium in-house manufactured product. Exceptional customer margins (4.5x–5.5x). Simple wholesale model: minimum orders of 500 units + easy replenishment. No distributors, no layers of commissions—just clean, direct business. Highly attractive compensation:€6,000–€10,000 commission per order (depending on volume).Stock options upon achieving targets. Your Role Identify and engage decision-makers in optical chains (15–300 stores). Present a high-margin, low-risk, scalable business model. Close deals of 500–2,000+ units per order. Focus exclusively on growth—operations handled by the back office. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in the B2B optical sector. Strong network with owners, senior buyers or expansion directors. Ability to speak the language of business: margins, profitability, scale. Hunter mindset: open doors, create opportunities, close deals. Willingness to travel. Not the Right Fit If You Are A traditional commission-based salesperson. A retail/store salesperson. Someone who can’t explain margin, break-even or annual turnover. Someone without the right contacts in the optical sector.
