This position will be responsible for daily execution support to material planning for control and monitoring of health metric involved at ERP system, support receiving process, support and tracing in the process of credits notes at distribution center.As Production Planner you will utilize MRP to effectively communication schedules, manage open orders performance to ensure consistent flow of materials, and provide daily updates to the specials issues.**Responsabilities**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:- Generates Open Order Board report from supplier sister plants to keep track of due dates and promise dates in order to inform planners to take actions on specific order management issues.- Daily registration and monitoring of on hand and in transit inventory value to determine DOH quantity.- Generation of list of receivable materials in weekly basis.- Audits and updates the ERP Health Monitor within Pulse Monitor system to reach and maintain Hydraulics division targets.- Initiates the process of Customer Credit Memos managing folios and generating the memo formats with the detailed information to provide Finance department all data needed to process the customer credit.- Tracks and informs Operations and Customer Service team in weekly basis the value of credit memos in order to stay within monthly credit memo forecast and target.- Provides support to Customer Service Reps to track materials returns from customers and also instructs Receiving personnel to transfer materials to specific locations.- Performs back-up activities within the Sales Orders menu in MFG/Pro such are allocation of materials and assignation of sales order folios- Identifies and fixes issues for Sales Orders and Sales Prices within the ERP Health Monitor metrics.- Generates and Maintains file of new product key data to support Trade Dept. in the importation of new items and also utilized by the Incoming Quality Inspectors and warehouse personnel- Responsible for inventory accuracy.- Monitoring costs items.**Requisitos**:- Conversational English - Advaced.- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related.- 1 year as graduate student.- MFG-Pro software knowledge.**Localización**:
