This role will focus on enhancing Flex’s reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Content Development- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy tailored to the LATAM region, aligning with global employer brand initiatives and local market trends.- Create compelling employer branding content, including storytelling, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials that resonate with the LATAM workforce.- Collaborate with the local marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Market Research Stakeholder Communication- Work closely with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to integrate employer branding into talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives.Events- Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote Flex’s employer brand and to attract talent.Metrics and Reporting- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of branding efforts and recommendations for improvements.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications or marketing- Proven ability to create engaging content across various platforms and formats.- Strong English writing skills (short and long form)- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.- Experience with Canva and Google Analytics, preferred.Job CategoryHuman Resources**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
