Your tasks- Lead and support the SW development teams on the SW Quality initiatives in the region; process improvement, quality reporting and transparency (SW KPIs) and structured problem resolution and root cause analysis.- Deep dive focus on quality of the work products and the adherence of the standard process; promoting the execution of tailoring guidelines and establishment of best practices from the organization.- Identify, plan, monitor and track the SW quality performance in the team.- Facilitate transparency of the SW quality status of the project with the organization.- Deploy the SW Organization support when needed; bring resources into action to ensure the continuous improvement capability in the teams.**Profile**:- SW Technical background.
