And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Facilities and Services Administrator**Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City**Responsibilities**:- Manages services personnel in the office and the warehouse in Cuautitlán Izcalli.- Manages regular and preventive maintenance.- Oversees services in the offices and warehouse.- Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.- Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.- Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.- Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs.- Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.- Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, architecture, design, engineering and/or related fields.- At least 3 years performing related activities.- Advanced Level of English- Availability of time- At least 80% of the time will be spent in the location assigned and the rest in the home office.Software:- Excel- Word- Power PointPreferred Qualifications:- SAP- Availability of timeSoft skills:- Proactive- Good communication skills- LeadershipLI-RG01LI-HYBRID
