Design and Development Design, develop, and implement new products from the initial concept (drawing or red pen) to prototype manufacturing throughout the entire development phase. Work on prototypes, special samples, and initial production runs after process adjustments. Production Optimization and Management Oversee production to ensure efficiency and quality. Track engineering changes, new product launches, and report to management. Collaboration and Management Work with cross-functional teams (such as design, marketing, and sales) to ensure products meet specifications and requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met. Manage teams, oversee processes, and ensure personnel safety and regulatory compliance. How will you do it? Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Utilize CAD tools for design and validation. Implement advanced technologies (automation, robotics) in manufacturing processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines using project management tools. Perform data-driven analysis for strategic decision-making. Document activities and results in clear, structured reports. What are we looking for? Required Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, or related fields. Proficiency in CAD tools. Knowledge of automation, robotics, and emerging technologies. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both in English and Spanish. Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems. Background in process design and product development. Experience implementing technology in manufacturing environments. Preferred Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management (PMP). What do we offer?
