At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead****Main purpose**Responsible for the E2E SAP Supply Chain Enterprise Solutions lifecicle for LatAm, including the requirement gathering & fullfilment, continuos improvement and service stability, based on the agreed SLAs.Key areas of responsibility are focused on SAP Supply Chain Make to Deploy process, plus all the integration with the different components of the ecosystems to enable the Supply Chain solutions using standard capabilities and services, or deploying new ones based on business requirements and aligned architecture strategy.**Accountabilities**- Evaluate, estimate, plan and develop initiatives by leading or supporting the iniciatives based on scope established with the sector and global teams- Establish and operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring and improvement capabilities- Guarantee solutions with high level of quality and security, focused on minimum to non impact on production- Implement and govern testing automation process focused on time to deliver improvements and quality and security requirements facilitation- Resource Management for proposal feasability, project planning and execution, using internal and external resources based on the flow of requirements- Guarantee solutions stability based on agreed SLAs within IT and the business- Improve time to market for adjustments or new capabilitiesQualifications:**Qualifications**- 07+ years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in Supply Chain Make to Deploy including PP and MM with focus on WMS/TRM or EWM- 07+ years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent, and focused on Supply Chain processes**Tech Skills**- Knowledge of integration points on Supply Chain Make to Deploy modules and related business processes with experience on WMS/TRM or EWM- Knowledge and experience in following tools and processes. Nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools/processes and production support- Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps- Program and Project Management**Non Tech Skills**- Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a track record of senior-level interaction, communication and presentation experience- Solid Understanding of Supply Chain process and its relations with other business processes- Ability to identify and propose solutions for highly complex problems- Translate business requirements into technical language, and viceversa- Must be highly self-motivated with track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision while consistently meeting objective- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams**Competencies**- Communication- Creativity- Innovation- Influence- Interest on Bussines Processes and Technology / Digital Trends**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
