Net**Competencies**:- Responsible- Engaged- Analytical sense- Proactive- With initiative and positive attitude- With good disposition- Teamwork**Specific Knowledge**:- Financial analysis- Realization and interpretation of cash flows and financial statements- Project valuation, basic accounting, etc.**Principal functions**:- Enter into the system the record of movements generated by capital contributions, disinvestments, capital distributions, income, expenses and capital flow.- Perform a monthly accounting report for both the promoted companies and the fund.- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget according to the needs of the fund and each company.- Coordinate with the trustee the necessary documentation to make investments, distributions, etc.- Keep in order and updated the legal documentation of each of the investors.- Support in the valuation of the performance of the fund's portfolio.- Coordinate general monitoring of each of the investments in the portfolio.- Keep corporate governance books in order.- Generate individual account statements for investors.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
