Responsable ante el Supervisor para llevar comunicación con el cliente, exceder sus expectativas en entrega y ser el representante directo de Aptiv ante el cliente, en calidad de comunicación y servicio.**Competencias/Habilidades requeridas**- Inglés fluido B2: Intermedio-Alto.- Escolaridad de licenciatura terminada preferiblemente en ingeniería.- Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office. Excel intermedio-avanzado.- Conocimientos de SAP- Habilidades de organización y planificación.- Capacidad de toma de decisiones y buen criterio en situaciones de emergencia.- Actitud positiva- Voluntad de trabajar duro y perseverar.- Curiosidad intelectual e ingenio.**Funciones Generales**- Asegurar el cumplimiento del 100% de los requerimientos del cliente, entregas, embarques y atención de servicio al cliente.- Analizar y controlar errores de transmisión, incrementos, decrementos del cliente y adelantos de requerimiento, comunicarlos y realizar las negociaciones correspondientes- Asignar y manejar entregas de producto terminado, manejar el sistema de materiales para asegurar que los requerimientos del cliente sean exactos y se comuniquen a las áreas indicadas de la planta.- Formular y delegar las emergencias logísticas de entregas.- Responsable de facilitar la solución de problemas para el material del cliente.- Actuar como mediador entre el cliente, el control de producción y los departamentos de distribución.- Analizar y resumir reportes relacionados con consultas del cliente, tendencias de ventas, quejas de cliente, problemas de servicio y entrega, razones para retornar producto- Responsable de representar a la compañía en juntas con el cliente.**Entrenamientos requeridos**- Orientación + Entrenamiento Básico / On Boarding- SAP- INCOTERMS- ISO TS 16949/ IATF 16949- Comportamientos Éticos- Rapid Problem Solving RPS- Cybersecurity- Orientación C-TPAT- Enterprise Operating System- Cumplimiento Regulatorio del Programa IMMEXAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
