Director Financial Services

As part of Digital strategy, we are on the path of creating an end-to-end digital ecosystem that allows us to create new ways of interacting with Consumers with financial services and Point of Sales Optimization.The role of Director Financial Services & Yomp Expansion - LATAM is to work with focus on design, adapt, plan and launch the financial services and POS solutions initiatives across Latin America.- Highly capable leader that will lead the launch and expansion of this ecosystem model.- This includes articulating the vision for the TCCC future digital footprint and creating the necessary global and local partnerships, alliances, and capabilities to achieve the vision.- Strong capability in strategic thinking.- Lead negotiations of external partnerships.- Lead commercial strategy of ecosystem initiatives across LATAM- Develop and deliver a Business Plan in LATAM & Financial Services Projects- Define the 3yr Business case- Adjust Business case based on HQ input, global learnings and local outcomes - across ecosystem- Create and nurture a new Working Culture together with the entire Digital Transformation organization**_ Supervisory responsabilities:_**Potentially a group of external partners to design technology, commercial and operative solutions.**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS****_Experience_**- +5 years leading teams.
