Become part of this world and make a difference with us.**The Role**:We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our pharmaceutical client in Mexico. We are open to individuals in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico.In Monterrey the requirement will be to work in the AMS office 1 day a week. In Mexico City this will be a remote role.We are looking for an individual with 6+ years of experience recruiting ideally in Pharmaceuticals, Lifesciences or Biotech.**Key Accountabilities**:- Fully utilize relevant ATS ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on intake calls to learn about requirements, contributing knowledge and adding value to discussions- Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate- Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity**Skills & Experience**:- 6+ years of experience as a 360 Recruiter -Recruiting and Talent sourcing experience is a must have- Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Lifesciences is a nice to have- Experience recruiting in the following areas: Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales is a must have (entry level roles to senior level positions)- Experience working with stakeholders**Other**:**Why AMS?**At AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.We come from every walk of life, and our culture is open and inclusive.
