Because remarkable people achieve remarkable things.The Natural Gas Volume Actualization/Customer Support Rep is part of the Commercial North America Gas Operations Team responsible for the day-to-day operational management, customer support and volume actualization related activities of Shell Energy Americas (SEAm) in Mexico. The Volume Actualization/Customer Support Rep will provide volume actualization and customer support functions to the Shell Trading Mexico business.The primary purpose of this role is to carryout volume actualization and customer support activities for Shell Trading Mexico which includes but is not limited to the following accountabilities:- Volume Actualization for Active pipelines for Shell Trading Mexico- Invoice preparation and coordination for customers- Maintain excellent customer service standards- Reconciliation and reporting of issues to the commercial trading and marketing teams- Other assorted tasks supporting the operations team**Requirements**:- Knowledge of Natural Gas Industry and regulatory requirements in Mexico (From school)- ** Bachelor’s degree recent graduates**- Experience with natural gas pipeline balancing, settlement and invoicing (optional)- Aptitude and interest to learn natural gas scheduling- Self-starter and ability to effectively multi-task- Effective communicator with interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt quickly to changing internal and external requirements- Commercially aware, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills- Bilingual - Spanish and English**Disclaimer
