Grupo Ultra se posiciona como líder en el sureste de México con presencia en todo el país.El "Role"Responsable del diseño, la arquitectura y el visual merchandising de los actuales y nuevos puntos de venta mediante la elaboración de propuestas y/o ejecución de proyectos del Grupo.¿Qué estaré haciendo?Proyectos- Gestionar y coordinar la de aperturas de nuevos puntos de venta, remodelaciones y planes de expansión.- Realizar la administración del presupuesto.- Realizar análisis para lograr una mayor exposición y rentabilidad.- Ejecutar propuestas de imagen y comunicación visual.- Supervisar los proyectos arquitectónicos, ejecutivos y de obra.- Gestiona el desarrollo y consolidación de ingenierías necesarias para los proyectos.- Propone y elabora soluciones de proyectos, remodelaciones y nuevos proyectos arquitectónicos.Seguimientos- Supervisa los proyectos en obra.- Gestiona la comercialización de espacios.- Seguimiento a presupuestos y cotizaciones de obra y nuevas adecuaciones.- Contacto con proveedores.- Se asegura de que cumplan con guidelines.- Seguimiento a brief con áreas de servicio para nuevos proyectos y anteproyectos.- Seguimiento al proceso de diseño y fabricación del mobiliario.- Da seguimiento a la revisión del control de calidad del mobiliario.
