Tasks- Contribution to the Main Maintenance KPI's: Expenses, MTTR, MTBF, MMR & Lost Time in compliance toPreventive Programs & Corrective Actions.- Ensure, together with the Maintenance Shift Leaders team, the receipt and delivery of pending tasks at each shiftchange as appropriate, in order to follow up on work orders in SAP PM.- Ensure the correct usage of the SAP PM system, both in the follow-up of work orders (opening and closing) andthe management of the personnel executing tasks.- Supervise the maintenance interventions of the personnel in charge, in order to verify and validate, together withthe internal clients, the tasks carried out.**Qualifications**:- Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Mechanic).- Knowledge in electrical and electronic control, Drives, Servo-positioning, AC and DC motors, PLC's, IPC’s, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Basic Knowledge of Mechanics in general, TCU's.- Communication protocols applied to electrical / electronic controls.- 2 years of experience in Maintenance in the Automotive or Metalworking industry.- 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in personnel management.- Maintenance Administration (preventive and predictive) (Basic).- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting Tools (Intermediate).- Basic level of English is required ( higher level will be a strong plus ).- Shift role availability.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
