No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The Digital Planning Transformation program is a global initiative with the aim to fundamentally evolve our planning and reporting capabilities such that: all OU are on a single standardized planning platform, enabling real-time decision support, creating efficiency by eliminating Excel, PPT, and PDF business reviews/reporting, and delivering a user-friendly, agile performance management tool - Cockpit.The SPOT/Cockpit Senior Analyst is responsible for business-partnering with the Sectors/Functions to gather requirements, develop, design, create, maintain, and continuously improve Cockpit (PEP digital performance reporting platform). This requires close collaboration between multiple S&T teams, as well as the OU and Functions. The role plays a critical role in the success of Digital Planning Transformation by delivering a common performance reporting platform across PEP, enabling the Leadership Teams to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.Cockpit is the PEP digital performance reporting platform which has 7,000 users with 175,000 views per month.**Your Impact**As Finance Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:- Business partnering with the OU and Functions to gather reporting requirements- Development of visual dashboards for end-to-end (E2E) reporting on:- Financial performance- Drill-down capability- Development and deployment of a reporting framework- Design and development of harmonized dashboards- Continuous improvement and evolution of tools and systems- Proactively identify required changes to ensure systems are fit for purpose and support customer requirements- Prioritize and lead the implementation of changes and developments- Collaborate closely with the S&T team to ensure business requirements are well understood and translated into SPOT/Cockpit design- Gain insight into how data is being consumed by end users (analysts, senior leaders)- Identify and deliver enhancements, including new dashboard functionality and improved user experience/system performance- Ensure financial data is secured and the security model is strictly applied, while staying up to date with the latest technologies and legal requirements- Ensure data in Cockpit is compliant with and consistent across Sector and Corporate FP&A reporting needs- Support training delivery for Cockpit users- Dashboard projects under this role will be of tactical priority and supported within the Cockpit Digital Finance teamQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Tableau and Power BI advanced technical skills and knowledge are a MUST- Knowledge of HFM, TM1, or Alteryx, is a plus- At least 1-2 years of experience- Advanced English knowledge**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
