WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM You’ll join the Americas Accounting team that manages core financial operations for our Americas offices and plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. What You’ll Do Perform month‑end financial close tasks, including preparing journal entries and reviewing workpapers. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations across various areas. Lead analytical procedures such as month‑over‑month fluctuation analysis and financial reviews. Support the creation of monthly reporting packages for leadership. Coach and train junior team members, supporting their development. Maintain documentation and controls for accounting and reporting processes. Assist with internal and external audits and identify opportunities to strengthen controls. Contribute to various projects and help drive improvements to our close process and operational efficiency. About You 4–6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in a global environment. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to the audience. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP S4 HANA Cloud is a plus. A detail‑oriented, proactive approach and a commitment to high‑quality work. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team. A mindset of professional skepticism and continuous improvement.
