We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for identifying talent, who thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.**Responsibilities**:- Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy.- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions- Team closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that context- Maximize direct hiring- Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry within database- Counsel hiring managers in interview process/skills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors- Provide the highest level of customer service and give each applicant a positive interviewing experience- Manage social presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, other job boards, and social sites- Represent the organization at hiring events- Assist in the creation of offer letters and contracts- Provide ongoing support and communication to applicants and new hires throughout their on-boarding process- Assist with other special projects (as needed)At WorldStrides, the experience is everything.
