It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doingWe're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Logistics Coordinator focused on giving support to Mexicali BU, same as other Creation Technologies BU’s to coordinate logistics and traffic from Mexico to US and viceversa same as materials movements International and Domestic.RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate Border Crossing carriers.- Review shipping documentation- Bill or ladigs- Coordinate load and reception of goods. Same as look forward for proof of delivery.- Coordinate management of all the permits, registrations and insurance for Creation Technologies owned vehicle.- Keep records of invoices and validate local transportation expenses.- Booking shipments and schedule pick up via Transportation Management System.- Create monthly freight report and keep record of KPI.- Upload tariffs to CFTL Workbook.- Request freight cost for Domestic and International Shipments.- Support with CTPAT related activities and audits.- Education: Bachelor’s Degree- Experience: Minium of 5 years on activites related to logistics, Transportation and customs.- Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)- CTPAT knowledge.- English 70%- Skills: Organization, multitask, communication, proactive, problem solving and work under pressure- If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us_We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law.Canada: Title for the position will be in accordance with applicable national and local laws.
