Qualifications / Skills1- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Desing or a related field. 2- 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing coordination, product launches, or project management. 3- Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams, preferably in industries such as automotive, consumer goods, or technology. 4- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. 5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments and with external partners. 6- Project Management experience 7- Self-starter and Ownership 8- Good communication & High-Level English skillsRoles & Responsibilities- upport in the launch communication campaigns that respond to each of the nameplate strategies. Ensure that all communication materials are aligned with the Brand Manual, as well as the Oval communication and positioning strategy.- eview and coordinate seasonal content plans, working directly with the agency, brand team, and top management. As well as Corporate and Event Communications, based on corporate calendar and event activities- onduct Competitive Assessment for each vehicle line involving all communication and product areas, analyze the results to conduct product launch and brand positioning strategy aligned with the business objectives and the budget allocated for the area.- oordinate and work together with marketing agencies to deliver all projects related to Ford of Mexico's communications
