Thrives in dynamic environments where trust, innovation, and data-driven decisions create meaningful impact for both people and the organization.**What you will do**:- Lead strategic direction and performance of global supply chain operations.- Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to balance demand, inventory, and production capacity.- Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.- Optimize resource allocation to maximize value and profitability.- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.- Coach, mentor, and develop supply chain leaders to enable continuous improvement.What We’re looking for- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.- 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain management and lean environments.- Strong expertise in planning, MRP, pull systems, and flow.- APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM) or ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM) certification preferred.- Lean Silver Certification or equivalent experience.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).**Benefits**: The Watlow Total Compensation PlanYour health, well-being, and financial stability, as well as that of your family, are a priority for us.The Watlow Total Compensation Plan includes competitive pay and a range of benefits to enhance your career:- Biweekly salary- Major medical, dental, and vision insurance- 13% savings fund- 10% grocery vouchers- 50% vacation bonus- Legal benefits
