Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Overview**Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions ensuring legal reporting compliance and other accounting duties and functions across several divisions of the corporation.**Responsibilities**- Participate in monthly GL closing and reporting for Maquila operations.- Preparation of monthly sales and property tax filings- Manage monthly VAT filing and reclaim process.- Preparation of monthly accounting reports for Mexican Tax Authority.- Preparation and submission of all Mexican financial electronic reporting.- Reconciliation of applicable general ledger accounts.- Performing all assigned functions in such a way that quality customer service is maximized.- Other responsibilities as may be assigned.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field- Excellent analytical skills.- 3-5 years of Accounting experience.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.- A high level of accuracy is essential.- Good organizational skills with the ability to accept responsibility and make sound business decisions.**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- MBA or equivalent.- Experience working in a high volume Maquiladora and demonstrated experience working with multiple locations.- Knowledge of US GAAP requirements for financial reporting.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Salario mensual neto** $1,000 - $2,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
