WHAT DOES A HR COORDINATOR DO?As Human Resources Coordinator, you will contribute to the company's objectives through active participation in the monitoring, follow-up and implementation of processes of HR in the different employee life cycle, by contributing in creating a culture of high performance.ABOUT YOUA dynamic, authentic, agile contributor who is action oriented and results driven. You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful implementations of processes. You will need to manage and balance a matrix environment where different functions and teams could be competing for your time and attention. You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated laws and policies.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:- Ensure Payroll process monthly. Serve as support and link between the market, external auditors and share services in the attention of audits. Attention and monitoring of IMSS, INFONAVIT and ISN audits; It includes the filling of certificates and integration of accounts. Attend requirements and procedures of IMSS-INFONAVIT. Send information to BES for the correct fulfilment of tax obligations, as well as the integration of these payments.- Provide coaching and counselling in the areas of employee relations, policy interpretation and review, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, and succession planning.- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.- Ensure HR system’s data (primarily WorkDay), is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required.- Ensure personnel files administration and managementSkills and Experience- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:- High energy level / ability to motivate and support HR programs across the business- Strong drive for results with positive attitude- Handles ambiguity with comfort, is resourceful, solution orientation and has a growth mindset- A self-starter, who works well with autonomy and can prioritize with sound judgement- Problem solving and resolution- PERSONAL QUALITIES- University Degree and 5+ years HR experience, preferably with experience supporting large teams- Strong understanding of Mexican Labor Laws, and knowledge / awareness of other country labor laws in the context of global projects (Latin America/US)- Belonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become- Self-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on others- People Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance- OTHER- We are looking for people who are globally mobile and aspire to experience different cultures- Previous experience from consumer goods and/or beverage companies would be beneficialOur cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
