Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Manufacturing engineer dedicated to the production line - Troubleshoot day-day issues - Focal point for quality improvements and process stability - Implementing introduction to SPC, process control - Monitoring of key characteristics - Part of the Non-conforming material and disposition process - Ensures correct implementation of changes in production line - Defines or re-defines a machining process according to Methods, tools and NC programs defined targets and customer specifications - Defines and seeks approval for process changes - Chooses cutting tools and machining and fabrication strategies - Follows the process for NC-programs validation and manages feedbacks (Green Programs) - Compiles technical files - Helps other to solve technical problems - Uses the quality clinic methodology and 8D process find root cause and CA for quality problems - Elaborates new machining strategies with proven performances - Tests and validates standard way of working (VOB, cutting tools, strategies) for the department - Investigation and definition of problem and root cause for ongoing quality issues - Proposal and implementation of technical corrective - Accountable for effectiveness of corrective actions - Responsible for internal rejection rate in the production line - Technical support for customer returns and/or complaintsExperiência y requisitos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lunes a Jueves 6:00am-4:30pm y Viernes 6:00am -12:00pm**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Edad** 18 - 65 años**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
