**Querétaro**:**Quality Engineer (EV)**: As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.**Your tasks**:- Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.- Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.- Address the client's quality complaints, 0 Km and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)- Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)- Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.- Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.**Your Profile**:- Industrial Engineer or related- Conversacional english- 3-5 years of experience in similar position**We offer you a modern working environment with our Brose working world**:- Brose offers a high-tech work environment and a wide range of benefits.
