Make Your Mark Video**Team overview and job responsibilities****Job responsibilities**:- To develop projects and improvement actions focused on optimizing production processes and reducing production costs.- To generate the process sheet of the products to be manufactured, performing the tests with prototypes, adjusting the equipment, verifying compliance with the standards and specifications that must meet.- Training the operator in the operation of production equipment and in the inspection tests that must be carried out, to release the manufacture of the product complying with the requirements of the customer.- Solving the causes of the manufacturing processes not to meet the production standards, verifying that the use of the process sheet is adequate, correcting the deviations, making the adjustment of the production conditions to ensure the continuity and quality of the production.- To develop improvement projects with the six sigma and lean sigma methodology, by analyzing root causes of process variations, collecting data, measuring variations, conducting working meetings with equipment for cause analysis and standardizing improvements that help reduce variability in manufacturing processes.- Providing technical support to the Product Engineer in the evaluations and quotes requested by the Sales Area, providing the necessary information.- To evaluate together with the Industrial Engineer the optimal manufacturing routes as well as the alternate routes for line products and new developments, analyzing the conditions and resources available, to achieve manufacturing with the greatest process efficiency.- To participate in the implementation of new projects of change, modification and installation of productive equipment, identifying and collecting information, in order to generate the corresponding process sheet and identify the new conditions of the process and evaluating the new conditions of safety and hygiene.- To ensure and standardize production processes.**Who are we looking for?**:- Bachelor's degree: Professional in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the area.- Language: Intermediate/Advance English (required)- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Product Techniques.
