**Responsibilities**- Tenant Correspondence: Under the supervision of the CPM and with the support of the Commercial Team, manage tenant correspondence (non-maintenance) and respond and follow up as needed, and alert the CPM of any escalated issues related to Tenant lease compliance.- New Properties & Leases: Work closely with CPM, providing administrative support related to new commercial properties and/or leases to include setting up the relevant information in our software system, attaching all relevant documents and following up with tenants for needed information or with CPM for additional owner information and assist in preparation of new management agreements.- Lease Renewals: Regularly monitor upcoming lease renewals, working with the CPM to determine next steps such as working with leasing agents for lease negotiations or preparing document templates to facilitate lease renewals, and update auto charges and lease renewal information in our software system.- Certificate of Insurance Compliance (Owner & Tenant): Regularly monitor and request updated COIs- Utility Transfers: work with various utility companies to ensure continuous utility service remains on at properties, making transfers as needed when tenants vacate properties.- Perform regular audits and updates to Propertyware to ensure information and documents are current and accurate**Qualifications**- Exceptional English reading, writing and speaking abilities- 2+ experience in a similar position- Strong computer skills are necessary to succeed in this role as you will be using Google Workspace, Excel, our property management software, and other programs for all tasks.- Task-driven, able to execute and consistently meet deadlines.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.- Experience in reviewing and understanding contracts, legal documents and exposure to accounting and finance**Additional Information**- Salary: $7.00 - $9.00 per hour- Job Types: Full-time, Contract- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday- Work Location: Remote**What to expect next**- Our hiring platform will guide you through a series of online “screening” assessments to check for basic job fit, job-related skills, and finally a few real-world job-specific assignments.**Salary**: $18,619.00 - $23,697.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
