**What you will do?**:**He / She will be responsible for support trade compliance activities for all our business units in LATAM region, by the execution of our internal risk program based on continuous improvement methodologies and connecting with the rest of the functional areas involved.**:**Support in projects along with Trade compliance Center of Excellence, internal IT department and external systems suppliers, to automate processes for trade compliance oversight.**:**The person will be requested as well to perform periodical audits including strategical electronic and documentary audits (transactional testing), centralization of information, following up and closing of findings and development of KPIs to measure the continuous improvement of our internal processes in the CoE and of our customs brokers.**:**How will you do it: -**:**Management of root-cause analysis and mistake proofing actions to improve continuously our processes.**:**Data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies.**:**Performing overall audits for all sites identifying opportunities in our trade compliance operations, establishing operational procedures and regional policies, and measuring on a periodical basis the results of such policies.**:**Identifying when the process can be migrated to an automated interaction between systems.**:**Providing effective communication for all the parties involved in the process.**:**What are we looking for?**:- **Bachelor’s Degree on International Business, Commerce (LIN, LCI, LRI) or related field.**:- **Minimum experience of 1-2 years working with trade compliance activities.**:- **Domain of root cause analysis methodologies (8D’s, Ishikawa diagrams, Decision tree) among others, and poka-yokes overall concept understanding.**:- **Data stage analysis (customs reports).**:- **Knowledge of Mexican customs rules and legal framework.**:- **English > 70% domain.**:
