Your responsibilities will include:- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships- Creating commercial proposals tailored to client needs- Coordinating event logistics and operations- Updating and managing our client database- Supporting the team with business development strategies- We are offering full-time positions based in Cancún, Q. Roo.**What We're Looking For**We’re seeking female young, dynamic, resourceful professionals with the following qualities and qualifications:- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to act promptly on new leads.- High standard professional spoken and written English.- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients easily.- Proficient in common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).- Open to training and quick to adopt new systems and processes.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Proactive in establishing commercial relationships with hotels and suppliers.- Skilled in conflict resolution, with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.- A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.- Full-time availability and willingness to relocate to Puerto Vallarta/Cancún if not currently based there.- Starting salary depending on experience.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,062.04 - $25,497.97 al mesExperiência:- coordinación de viajes: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
