Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPosition Purpose:Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU. Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:- Submit ECR's.- Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs).- Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI).- Generate TMO's.- MRR’s work plan.- Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing.- Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.- Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:- Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.- Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).- Desired assembly processes knowledge.- Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.- English spoken and written (80% advanced).- Catia V4 & V5.- Smarteam.- CAS/Solumina.- Autocad.- MS project.- Power BI and additive manufacturing.Experiência y requisitos- Requirements: Professional degree: Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng., or related.- Experience in similar position (needed) or demonstrated expertise/ability Drawing, reading and interpretation, GD&T.- English spoken and written (advanced 85%).- Knowledge: Knowledge on: Office, Enovia‐Smarteam, Solumina‐CAS, Machines and tools, CATIA V5, Mastercam.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
