Overview:**Join our Team**The**Dealer Care Analyst** will support the dealer’s network, providing guidance on their doubts, and giving advice on credit policy as well as in contract purchasing policy in order to get approval to purchase. This position requires a high**customer service focus**, always aiming to increase dealer’s satisfaction.This department is responsible of receive, analyze, and answer credit operations on stablished time and manner, always following the policy and quality criteria. This role is also is in charge of finding proper solutions to document verification, insurance and purchasing requests from the dealers and help them to ensure the correct delivery of the credit requests.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Contract Type**:Fixed term **6 months contract****Work Schedule**:***10AM - 7PM (Required availability to work on Saturdays as needed).**Responsibilities**:- Full knowledge of credit policy and procedures.- Delivery of daily reports.- Comply and assure risk and fraud policy.- Call times in control.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in administration, accounting, economics or related (completed bachelor is a must).- Previous required job experience- Experience in credit analysis or credit purchasing- Desirable financial institution or banking background- Intermediate/Advanced English skills (will be evaluated during interview).- Customer Service experience (telephone support)- Team work and collaboration- Good communication skills, both written and oral**#LI-ED1**Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
