**Full job description**Law Firm Assistant Case Manager and Receptionist. You would be part of a fast growing personal injury law firm with a friendly work culture. It is a fully remote position. Lost of opportunity to grow and learn legal procedure and potentially become a case manager or paralegal. You would be responsible for answering the phone, doing basic new case intake, updating CRM, basic document generation, organizing files, general assistance on case management.**Compensation**:$6.50 - $7 hourly**Responsibilities**:**Intake Specialist****Main Duties**:- Answer Phone / Receptionist- Conduct initial phone interviews with prospective clients to understand and empathize with their cases.- Evaluate claims to ensure they align with the firm's practice areas.- Enter client information into the system.- Make calls to insurance companies and medical providers to get basic information.- Schedule case analysis and consultations for qualifying clients.- Help clients with scheduling medical appointments- Follow up regularly with clients.- Perform additional tasks as assigned.**Support Tasks**:- Assist attorneys in connecting clients to consultations.- Answer main phone lines.- Monitor and respond to incoming chats, voice notes, and notifications.**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:- Timely follow-up with potential clients.- Adhere to the firm's sales process and standard operating procedures.- Filling out CRM details and ensuring new client checklist is followed**Qualifications**:- Compensation:- Bilingual Intake Specialist (B2/C1)- 0-90 Days**: $6.50/hr**:- **90-180 Days : $7.00**:- **180+ Days : $7.50Benefits**:- 100% Remote work.- Quarterly bonuses are based on firm profits and individual performance.- Professional development training- Performance bonuses**Requirements**:- Stable internet connection (50MB download/upload).- Dedicated computer for work (Windows 10 or higher, 4-8GB RAM, i3 processor or higher).- Good quality Camera and microphone / Ability to get on video conference calls.- Flexibility for rotating schedules:- 8:30am-5pm PST- No other work activities during paid hours.- Preferred: College Degree**YOU MUST FILL OUT THE GOOGLE FORM**:**We accept resumes from anywhere in Latin America.****About Company**We’re believe in standing up for injury victims and helping them get compensation for their bills, lost wages, and pain.
