Role Description We are hiring a full‑time, remote Event Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑quality events tailored to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Key responsibilities include overseeing event production, managing budgets, coordinating with speakers and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless event execution. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, well‑organised events while fostering innovative strategies that meet audience needs and exceed client expectations. Travel to event locations may be required when necessary. Qualifications Event planning and management skills, including organising and executing events with attention to detail Proficiency with English and Spanish languages, Portuguese is a plus Budget management, vendor negotiations, and logistics coordination experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and an understanding of relevant topics is a plus Postgraduate/Master's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Proficiency with event management software and tools Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Events Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
