Key job responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic capacity planning initiatives that optimize end-to-end high-volume planning processes - Lead cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements - Establish robust data quality reporting mechanisms to ensure effective decision-making - Partner with multiple stakeholders to manage complex dependencies during high-volume periods - Proactively assess and mitigate risks that could impact operational efficiency - Drive data-driven solutions for capacity optimization and cost management- Ability to influence at an executive level and to share critical business insights.- Project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.- Strong business judgment and ability to create business playbooks.- 4+ years of experience in Planning/Supply Chain related field.
