With a focus on excellence, ownership, and community, we are redefining the repair industry by going above and beyond in every interaction.**ABOUT THE ROLE**We are looking for a proactive **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our growing team in MX The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of AR or billing experience who enjoys problem-solving and ensuring smooth financial operations.**MAIN RESPONABILITIES**- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.- Partner with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure timely claim payments.- Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure positive payment experiences.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Monthly Salary of $25,000 to $27,000 gross- Christmas Bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)- Saving Fund 10% (5% employe, and 5% company)- Monthly food vouchers- Life Insurance- Medical Insurance (SGMM)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tienes experiência trabajando con contabilidad de Estados Unidos?Idioma:- Tienes conocimiento solido del idioma inglés?
