Join our dynamic team as a Quality Intern, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality standards. Your role will involve supervising quality control processes, conducting audits, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards and safety regulations. Company: Rockwell Automation Location: Monterrey Manufacturing Center Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm Responsibilities: - Supervise Quality Control: Ensure that products meet established quality standards. Conduct Internal and External Audits: Verify that processes comply with industry norms and standards. Manage Non-Conformities: Investigate root causes of problems and take corrective actions. Implement Continuous Improvement: Propose and oversee changes that enhance quality and process efficiency. Coordinate with Different Departments: Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and optimize operations. Prepare Quality Reports: Document and present reports on product and process quality status. Required Skills: - Proficiency in conversational English. At least one year remaining in a university degree in a related field (e.g., Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc). Availability to work half-time in a face-to-face modality. Strong interest in quality assurance and control. Effective communication and organizational skills.
