Tech architect / Manager - 1

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with 10 or more years of related experience.
  • Strong computer and networking fundamentals with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the discipline of software development, project management, and team development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • 10+ years of full-stack development; designing interactive web applications, developing web services.
  • 5+ years as a tech lead and / or manager(3+ Years as tech lead is a must)
  • 3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net / Azure technical stack
  • Software development experience with at least 3 of the following technologies / frameworks, including but not limited to : C#.

Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.

Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, etc. and CI / CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile methodology / concepts.

Details

  • Provide hands on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Own end to end implementation of a feature from requirements, architect, design, develop and deployment to production by collaborating within and across functional or operations teams
  • Actively participate in development and code reviews
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges.
  • Lead new / latest tech exploration and security, compliance initiatives.
