#Conduct laboratory experiments with precision while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Support fragrance evaluation, analytical testing, and technology performance assessments.
Prepare samples, run tests, and generate high‑quality data for project teams.
Learn and apply core laboratory methodologies, equipment, and digital tools.
Participate in new method development and basic patent/literature research.
Execute assigned project tasks under the guidance of senior scientists.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field.
~0–3 years of experience, ideally including hands-on lab exposure.
~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
~ Prior experience in a fragrance, consumer products, or materials laboratory.
GC, HPLC) or sensory evaluation.
Exposure to innovation, R&D projects, or technology scouting.
