Operations Manager, Distribution Center Mx
Responsible for optimally scheduling and managing distribution center operations, ensuring the proper execution of the following work teams: Operational Management
Ensure compliance with area KPIs (Receiving, Replan, Picking, VAS & eCommerce).
Supervise shift start and end.
Monitor and ensure operational flow in conjunction with Planning and Outbound managers (volume processing, order management, SLA).
Budget Management: Supplies, HC, overtime, etc. Review and negotiate order priorities to ensure compliance with the daily work plan.
Talent Management
Provide feedback in case of non-compliance with objectives and/or general activities.
Conduct shift start, follow-up, and shift end sessions.
Ensure a culture of safety and housekeeping.
Control and Auditing
Coordinate communication between shifts (cross-shift).
Administration and Continuous Improvement
Support project planning and execution.
Inventory management
Work closely with the inventory department to ensure inventory integrity and reliability.
Quality management
~ Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
~ Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Systems desirable.
~5+ years of experience in related positions such as warehouse operations manager (retail desirable).
~ Experience in personnel management.
~ Knowledge of WMS, SAP, PKMS or Manhattan systems desirable.
~ Advanced Excel.
~ Knowledge of Power BI.
~ Fluent English.
