The Education Specialist is responsible for creating Dyson brand ambassadors and support training programs for all Dyson Mexico Employees, Experts, Stylists and our retail partners, ensuring that our technology is well understood and demonstrated the best way possible. The Education Specialist will also influence the development of training programs specific for the applicable categories and industries, establishing strong partnerships with Sales & Marketing teams as well as our retail partners.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Education Specialist for Floor Care, Environmental Care, Lighting Care and werables you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the Dyson Mexico team and Experts dominate all Dyson Mexico product range and innovation. The Education Specialist must master supporting all product characteristics and benefits, using all the training tools available.

Will also:

- Full personal responsibility for continuous education of all product range for Floor Care, Environmental Care, Lighting and werables Dyson (past, present, and future), competitors’ products and activities, as well as general knowledge of the industry.
- Support any brand or product activation activities, expos, product launches, retail partners activities, specifically in material development for presentations, training and demos.
- Actively build relationships with Dyson’s Sales & Marketing teams to understand training needs through voice of customer, sales and/or marketing data, product knowledge, how to sell & sell out metrics, field visits, demo quality to develop continuous education programs.
- Support and push Sell Out numbers through the development and effective implementation of support tools, training material and systems.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The Education Specialist is a skilled facilitator with a great focus on driving results. The Education Specialist must use strong communication skills and positive energy to actively attract and influence key stakeholders, as well as understand and support customer needs.

The position requires:

- High School Diploma and/or College Degree (Completed)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training or Education
- Strong group management and facilitation skills
- Great organization and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate at all business levels
- Solid presentation skills involving large and diverse audiences
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel y PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Desired experience in Sales
- Desired experience in a retail environment
- Desired certification or studies in Education, Facilitation or Training
