HR Manager – Mexico & Latin America We're looking for a hands-on, people-first HR Manager based in Mexico City to support our retail and corporate teams, with a strong focus on Mexico and growing impact across Latin America. This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, building smart HR foundations, and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You'll work closely with our Regional HR HQ team in New York , acting as a key bridge between local teams and our broader global people strategy—bringing the Golden culture to life across markets. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR partner for retail and corporate teams in Mexico, with support across LATAM as needed Partner closely with the Regional HR HQ team in NY to bring global programs to life locally Lead employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and key people initiatives Build, scale, and refine HR processes, policies, and practices for a growing organization Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate people decisions in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment What You Bring 6+ years of progressive HR experience Strong working knowledge of Mexican labor law (LATAM experience is a plus) Experience supporting both retail and corporate populations Comfort working in startup or high-growth environments Fluency in Spanish and English A proactive, independent mindset with a love for building from the ground up Why You'll Love This Role A high-impact opportunity to shape HR across Mexico and LATAM Direct partnership with global HR leadership Room to build, influence, and grow in a truly dynamic environment
