The Lead Technical Program Manager will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, service integration, and enhancing the employee experience. Provide leadership and accountability for large-scale, multi-workstream projects ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. Partner with product management, developers, and stakeholders to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems. Define and deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to guide design, development, testing, and implementation. Manage project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management. Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and communication of product enhancements and new business opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including user testing and stakeholder communication. Strong background in Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
