We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a
payments and financial services environment
. Ensure programs meet
security, compliance, and quality standards
typical of the payments industry.
5+ years of experience
in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or TPM roles.
~ Strong experience working with
engineering teams
in agile / scaled agile environments.
~ Solid understanding of
software development lifecycles
, APIs, cloud-based systems, and distributed architectures.
~ Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
~ Fluent
English
(written and spoken); Spanish required.
Experience with
payment platforms
, card networks, gateways, or transaction processing systems.
Familiarity with
compliance and regulatory frameworks
(PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
Experience working with
global or nearshore teams
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
