They are proud to be ranked in the top 10% of accounting firms nationwide on Clutch. They are looking for a highly-skilled and reliable Tax Associate to work alongside their tax managers. Track tax preparation statuses - reviewing client questionnaires, gathering tax documents, reminding clients which tax documents are missing Prepare tax returns in UltraTax Tax planning support - review what quarterly tax estimates have been sent to the client and paid Supporting US tax managers 2+ years experience in US Taxes ~Experience in Quickbooks Online ~ Tech savvy - able to navigate Zoom, Slack, etc and learn new software quickly ~ Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members across digital channels and an innate desire to build relationships ~ Bookkeeping skills, general knowledge of payroll and accounting principles ~ Accounting degree Flexible schedule (40 hours per week (typically 8:30-4:30 ET but schedule is flexible)~10 days PTO and all US federal holidays off ~ Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
