Mexico City Corporation In person Senior Required training Company Description Company in the international logistics sector Job Description Will lead the HR Department in overseeing hiring processes, drafting company-wide policies, and managing payroll systems.Responsibilities:• Create an HR department and assign it leadership and management supervision;• Develop an HR strategy for the national program that is aligned with organizational, regional and global goals and objectives;• Define and review the in-country compensation structure and benefits programs in collaboration with the senior HR business partner and convey any modifications or updates;• Assist management with employee benefits and remuneration, as described in HR policies;• Develop objectives for the HR team and monitor progress;• Create benefit plans and remuneration packages;• Develop and implement business policies that promote a safe work environment;• Organize internal hiring events;• Evaluate the budget and financing of the Human Resources (HR) department;• Organize events and learning programs for employees;• Monitor HR metrics such as cost per hire and turnover rates;• Ensure that HR procedures comply with employment legislation and regulations.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or relevant field;• Solid experience in HR and team management;• Experience in hiring and using ATS software;• Knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws;• Fluent/Advanced English.
