Job Opportunity: Lead Generator Specialist (Self-Storage Business)
Role Type: Remote | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) Compensation: $5.25 USD/hour + Significant Performance Bonuses
based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing self-storage facilities nationwide. We specialize in off-market acquisitions and pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and efficient systems.
We are seeking a highly articulate and strategic communicator to serve as the critical first point of contact for our real estate acquisitions team.
Instead, this is a strategic position focused on building genuine rapport and identifying high-quality opportunities. Strategic Research: Perform quick qualitative research on potential leads using our CRM before initiating outreach.
~ Language Skills: Fluent/Perfect English with a neutral accent and a rich vocabulary (spoken and written).
~ Excellent communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and self-motivation to work remotely.
Basic understanding of Real Estate or Finance.
~ Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT and Gemini)
Career Growth: Strong path for professional development with projected upward mobility in the mid-term.
~ Training: Full training and ongoing support provided.
~ Deals: $180 per deal under contract + $200 per closed deal.
